Kundalini yoga is about awakening the energy that resides at the base of the spine.
Using breath exercises and special techniques, we let this energy flow up the spine all the way to the crown chakra at the top of the head. This process helps awaken your inner potential, strengthen life energy, and release physical and emotional blockages.
It is a practice that connects body, mind, and soul. It works with breath, sound vibrations, and dynamic movements that release tension, calm the mind, and restore balance. Kundalini yoga energizes, harmonizes the nervous and hormonal systems, and brings deep calm — ideal during times of stress, fatigue, or inner chaos.
The class begins with chanting a mantra and tuning into the breath, continues with movement — sometimes dancing or shaking — and ends with deep meditation.
It’s a path to connect with your inner power and let the energy flow freely.
Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, every class can bring you relaxation and a fresh connection with yourself.

Each class is gently intuitive — we work with energy, breath, and the body to help you reach deep inner harmony and relaxation.

Regular group classes are not currently taking place, but I’d be happy to arrange a private session with you — tailored to your needs and pace.
