It’s not about looking like a yoga model on Instagram. The asana isn't here for us to shape it — it shapes us. A relaxed body naturally leads us back to ourselves, to our center, to the strength that has always been within us. And when we truly listen to the body, it rewards us — with release, joy, vitality, and beautifully awakened life (and sexual) energy.
Each class begins with a single song that gently guides us into the present moment. It helps us connect with our bodies and allows them to move freely — without thinking, without shame, without judgment. Some people dance, others sway with the rhythm, or simply sit and feel what's happening inside. It’s always about what your body needs in that moment.
After class, people often say they feel as if they’ve just received a gentle massage. That they could simply be — without judgment, without pressure, without the feeling of needing to achieve something.
You’ll enjoy this class whether you're a total beginner or an experienced yogi. Anyone can come for a good dose of release and presence.
And most importantly — this yoga doesn’t take itself too seriously. It’s all about enjoying the moment, relaxing, laughing, and giving yourself permission to feel the joy of movement and life.

You can join group classes where we explore energy and flow together, or choose private sessions tailored to your personal needs and rhythm.
Each class is gently intuitive — we work with energy, breath, and the body to help you reach deep inner harmony and relaxation.


GROUP CLASSES
Regular group classes are not currently taking place, but I’d be happy to arrange a private session with you — tailored to your needs and pace.
